Computer ads

In the free version of Opera (a kick-butt web browser) there is a small box for ads on the top right.  The RNC has been advertising there for a few days now (boasting about job creation no less!)...you click on the ad and it takes you to the RNC site.

Aside from ads on blogs and newspapers, have the dems been advertising on other sites?  Places like Opera, where the ad stays as long as the program is open (well, they rotate) seem like good places.  Anyone have other suggestions of such programs.

(p.s. opera really is superior to IE or netscape)
