It looks like George W. Bush is about to be swallowed whole by the CIA leak investigation. In addition to
rumored additional indictments, particularly against Rove, the columnist who started it all, Robert Novak, is pointing a finger at Bush.
According to an article in The News & Observer Robert Novak said "I'm confident the president knows who the source [of the leak] is. I'd be amazed if he doesn't."
I wonder if Bill O'Reilly has any objection to stores passing out Merry Fitzmas wishes?
A quote from the article on the flip.
"So I say, 'Don't bug me. Don't bug Bob Woodward. Bug the president as to whether he should reveal who the source is.' "
It was Novak who first revealed that Plame, the wife of former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, worked for the CIA. Wilson had angered the Bush administration when he accused it of twisting intelligence to exaggerate the Iraqi threat before the war.
