Al Gore...Coming To A Theatre Near You

Al Gore's global warming documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, is being released by Paramount Classics on May 24.

I haven't seen the film yet but I was fortunate enough to be present for one of the live tapings of Gore's global warming presentation that anchors the film. It's nothing short of brilliant, shocking, yes, depressing and terribly enlightening...and it's even funny. Gore's line "My name is Al Gore and I used to be the next president of the United States" brings the house down every time.

I think the trailer is a bit over the top but it gives you a nice taste of what to expect from the film.
