Poll: Most blame Bush, not Saddam, for war

I think this may have been overlooked during Rovegate: conservative pollster Rasmussen Reports has found that for the first time, most Americans believe George Bush is "more responsible" for starting the Iraq war than Saddam Hussein.

Who was more responsible for starting the War in Iraq ... Saddam Hussein or President Bush?

Hussein - 44%
Bush - 49%

As the pollster reports, this number was lopsidedly in favor of Saddam starting the war back when the question was posed in 2002. At that point, by a 3-1 margin, Americans blamed Saddam for the crisis.
