Heather Alterman addressed this idea a few weeks ago when he suggested that Dean is in a great position to be a Vice-President.  Now, Kerry will never do that....for excellent reasons.  Two New Englanders on a ticket seals doom.  And Kerry is one headline away from motorcycles, windsurfers and fetching boat drinks for Theresa at the pool.

But if you are Terry McAuliffe (you can shower later), you want the Deaniacs and GenDean working for you in the General and you want them working for the down-ticket races.  If you want the ranks to close around Kerry, how do you kill off Dean and keep the Deaniacs?
