Will Kerry break 40% in NH?

Looking at recent polls I'm wondering if Kerry has a chance of breaking 40% in NH. He is at 30% with Zogby (which I think generally has the best formula for likely voters) and there are still 17% undecided. That would be a lot of the undecided vote but out of the field he is clearly running with the most momentum right now. Maybe I am an eternal optimist but doesn't it just make your heart warm to think of a President Kerry?
