Selling the rope to the hangmen

The "Confronting the Judicial War on Faith" conference is gonna be available on DVD--hopefully unedited and uncut.

For once, the Repubs are giving us the rope, and a lot of it.  THe obvious next step is to get those DVDs and plaster the nuttiest stuff on the Web ... but what about copyright?  I think we can get around it--but can we?

I hope we can--as someone mentioned in a comment, those DVDs are the keys to a Democratic House.
