The 'Liberal News Roundup'

Alright guys, I need some advice...

I am beginning a project to construct the Liberal News Roundup [www.liberalnews.net], which will be made up of roughly 5 writers giving analysis and opinion on the 2004 Presidential Race. I love the Daily Kos, but the 2 stories per day limit is killing me, and it's time to branch out.

So my question to you is this... as I construct the site, should I use Scoop or Moveable Type? They each have their pros and cons, but I want to know what you think.
