Arguments in the Energy Task Force secrecy case will commence Tuesday, April 27th before the SCOTUS. Assuming Scalia can judge this case fairly--without chimerical visions of clipping ducks from the sky and riding in Air Force Two with Cheney clouding his mind--the task force participants and documents have a chance of being released.
If the task force is outed, it's already well assumed that the participants are environmetally-unfriendly oil and energy corporation reps. But, in light of recent revelations, from Bob Woodward's book, of the administration's relationship with Prince Bandar--is anyone willing to speculate, or has there already been speculation, that energy task force files might reveal the participation of foreign leaders or business men?
