Early today on MSNBC, Chuck Todd noted that Arlen Specter has become the answer to an obscure trivia question: He's the only Senate candidate to have run TV ads featuring the endorsements of both George W. Bush and Barack Obama in back-to-back election cycles. After making Specter's party switch a campaign issue, Joe Sestak has moved ahead of Specter in polling. The latest tracker shows Sestak up by four points. And Greg Sargent notes a new poll from Franklin & Marshall is expected to show Sestak up by about five.
