Orson Scott Card was one of my favorite authors, but after reading this, he no longer is. Sadly, he&rsquo;s bought the propaganda that the neo-conservatives have been spreading. More than fifty-thousand soldiers have been wounded. More than three thousand soldiers have been killed. It is also plain that the violence is strengthening. The quagmire in Iraq has turned into an actual civil war. Much less than being welcomed as liberators, we are reviled as an occupation force--an agent for evil. Nobody willing to see reality can contest any of this. It has been more than four years.
