On one end, we have a cross section of Americans who have been beaten down by the corrupt, broken system we're stuck with right now, people not directly affected that feel a moral imperative to help the sick, and people who know we can get a better return on our health care investment. &nbsp;</p> <p>And then you have the other side, singing a signal tune called "Government will ruin everything". &nbsp;Whether the argument is the bloated cost of reform (never mind the savings), theoretical rationing, accusations of forced euthanasia, or any number of other songs, the music is the same: "Government is not the solution to our problem; government <em>is</em> the problem."</p> <p>Reagan's golden oldie has been the theme song of the conservative movement for over 25 years now.
