As some of you know I have a Facebook group where I keep an open debate with all members, even Republicans, even MAGAs. Recently I’ve had one MAGA-tending poster challenge me with this:
go on The Rubin report and look at a new video titled - ROOM SITS IN STUNNED SILENCE AFTER BLACK LADY SAYS WHAT FEW WILL ADMIT.
What she says is a fact that all the democrats will never solve a damn thing but pass fake blame to others .
Keep making fun of republicans while your party does zero for black people or anyone else . you'll probably throw her under the bus as she's not a sheeple like most dems.
So I didn’t go to the video until now because Dave Rubin is not an honest broker here. He’s a partisan hack who is paid by Fracking Billionaires to shill for the GOP through the Dailywire. I’ve done a lot of deep dives into GOP rhetoric, talking points, and briefing papers over the years and I can honestly say I haven’t reviewed one — not one— that didn’t have a despicable lie at the center of it. Sometimes several.
But anyway, here it is: Do you think this woman has a point - or is she full of it?
Woman: This the Democratic Party, they promote Black women. Particularly if she’s a lesbian. They promote black women who are not even qualified. We have seen with the “Diversity Equity Inclusion” — which is really racism — which is really saying that “well, black people just darn it, they’re not smart enough so we have to give them hand outs” and you’re pushing black women who are not qualified. Dr. Claudine Gay of Harvard.
Group: Yes.
Woman: Now the head of diversity at Harvard is also accused, I have it correctly of plagiarism.
Dr. Claudine Gay was plenty qualified. The issue was she was missing some quotation marks but she did include the proper citations. Speaking of which were all the other previous black presidents of Harvard given an “unfair” boost too, because Gay was the first black president of Harvard in 387 years.
Also, DEI is not “Racism.”
Diversity—through the lenses of race, ethnicity, ability, gender, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, and beyond—can help to strengthen organizations, as studies have shown time and again. Quite simply, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is used to describe three values that many organizations today strive to embody to help meet the needs of people from all walks of life. While concepts such as biodiversity are important offshoots of the core idea of diversity, this article focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion in business and society rather than in other contexts.
Companies that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive are better able to respond to challenges, win top talent, and meet the needs of different customer bases. With DEI in mind, companies are considering how to better support employees. Over the past few years, many organizations have taken strides to build diversity, equity, and inclusion into their policies and hiring practices.
Continued.
And we’ll get to Fani Willis who as elected as DA in Fulton County, Georgia, primarily because she’s black, in my opinion. And we’ve seen case after case, but the Black man where is he? That’s done deliberately.
And this started really in the 60s, where the Democrats pushed policy that said to women, particularly black women, “you don’t need a man in the home” we’ll give you more money if you’re single.
And I grew up in the 70’s and I saw the effects. I saw it in the 80s, the broken home. Now it’s a more dysfunctional home where you have some women with 8 children by 5 different fathers.
Nothing like Donald Trump having 5 children with 3 different mothers.
