john_mccain_mulls_apocalypse Nitpicker picks a fine nit today, but I have a juicy story to pair up with this latest McCain freakout, to prove McCain is demonstrably nuts.

OK, first - John McCain's latest freakout, at a VFW today :

(A) man — wondering if an attack on Iran is in the works — wanted to know when America is going to "send an air mail message to Tehran."

McCain began his answer by changing the words to a popular Beach Boys song. "Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran," he sang to the tune of Barbara Ann.

The video - which was the initial draw - has been frontpaged at the DailyKos , and that's good, but I'd added some points that I thought amplified the story considerably.

The material I added to the McCain-bomb Iran story did not get translated to the front page dKos post, and I'd rather people who are interested in what I have to say simply go to my own site.

Not to belabour the point, but I feel there are some etiquette issues involved here.
