I have found your recent rhetoric to be unabashedly offensive. I am not a super-progressive, nor an extremist of any stripe. I am a moderate, pro working class, work-a-day schmuck who desperately would like a little bit of fairness and honesty from our federal g'ment. Naturally, I have found no allies of republican stripe.
I have always found you to be a likable, working representative of my ideals, despite the cacophony of AM radio screech monkeys.
But you have crossed a line that can never be overlooked. Your praise of John McCain, who stands for nothing less than 4 more years of Bush policy, as a distinguishment between you and your immediate rival is an insult from which I can not release you.
Let me give you a hint: Both you and Obama are now running against John McCain. Whichever of you runs better against him has my vote and my cash.
If you dally and focus your fight elsewhere, you're on your own.
Ms Clinton? As much as I admire you, you have offended me. If you think you will win this nomination, think of the cost. As it stands, as much as I admire you, you're on your own - not one red cent from my hard earned pay. If your ego demands John McCain over Barack Obama, so be it. The legacy is yours.
