I challenge you to find anyone who will publically disagree that what happened in Paris sucks.
I can't say that it doesn't. Everyone's immediate reaction is just so easily predictable, precisely because of that. As I'm writing this I've already heard of two American states that want to use it to ban Syrian refugees.
(Aren't most of those refugees people who are fleeing from violence such as this?)
I've heard calls for military action.
Gosh, if that comes to be, doesn't it mean that the companies who support such action will probably make money off of the attacks?
I'm not sure about elsewhere in the world, but here there are upcoming elections. How much do you want to bet that a number of the candidates try to use the attacks as fuel for fear-mongering in support of their races?
My Question:
Who paid to support or possibly train the attackers?
Wouldn't that be nice to know before we pay to wage another retaliatory attack that will be pushed for?
Perhaps my lack of trust stems through how little any of us who had done NOTHING were trusted in the aftermath of 9/11, yet I can't help but suspect that said money for events in Paris came from a corporation that either profits through war or supports a politician who will try to use the situation as a means for their own win.
