The recent statements by Tucker Carlson, the "least anti-gay" right winger who on air volunteered that he assaulted a man after a bathroom "incident," should be a much bigger story; at least until far more explanation is provided by both him and MSNBC.
Aside from being salacious in possibly the worst (and thus newsworthy) kind of way, more interesting than Paris Hilton's DUI, ripe with potential charges of real (rather than the all too common trumped up) hypocrisy, and directly relevant to the credibility and integrity of a news host who relies upon same for his show's credibility, what Carlson has represented simply does not add up.
Sure, it's easy to say that he committed a "hate crime" (not a credible assertion of fact from what we do know) and that "everybody knows this." But they really don't. What are the actual issues, objectively, as America might be able to see them, rather than this just being an example of the "uptight left who can't laugh at a funny story" of how meek little Tucker apparently WAY overreacted to (and this is speculation; read on) having his, in his exact words, "you know," grabbed.
