Some of these people's names have been released, while some are classified. In the accompanying "Book of Honor", you can see that during 2003, there is one star for whom the name is still classified. Now the preceding CIA employee, Helge P. Boes, was killed on February 5, 2003, while William Francis Carlson was killed in action on October 25, 2003.
This effectively brackets the death of the unknown CIA agent as occurring between Feb. 5 and Oct. 25, 2003, which corresponds with the time that Valerie Plame and the CIA front company Brewster-Jennings were exposed.
