and went totally Rogue last night.... just like she told them to do. Romney pulled a Palin "gotcha" moment.
He totally changed the expected "rules" of the game, and didn't bother to tell anyone. Instead of a ball being tossed back and forth between the 2 like a "normal" debate", they played by totally different rules. Instead of a back and forth, Mitt threw the ball off the stage and into the backroom, making both Obama and the press chase after it.
So how does Obama deal with this?
Simple.. in the next debate... ( not earlier, as he needs a huge attentive audience, not an ad sound bite) when Romeny pulls ANYTHING out of the norm again, ( and he will because it worked the last time for him) Obama needs to calmly turn to the camera, and say " How Governor Romeny is running his campaign IS EXACTLY how a Venture Capitalist approaches a business deal. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sell them the factory. They will tell you they are buying your company to make it better, and then close it down, lay you off and sell off the pieces, once they own it. Truth and honesty means nothing in this type of business deal... winning is all that matters.. getting what you want, anyway you can. It's all fair game.. Hopefully you will see a pattern here. Be it Medicare, Social Security, Taxes. , Governor Romney has held at least 3-4 positions on each, to confuse and muddy the fact that he intends to do whatever he wants after he is elected. Very little details, and constantly changing his views. Whatever it takes to win.
Link Romney's lies to "this is exactly how Bain Capital operates".. Dont talk to Romney directly, but to the American people. A perfect way to expose his technique and link it to Bain, his achilles heel, all at the same time. He can also tie the obstructionst House to the same nasty techniques..."in venture capitalism, compromise is considered a weakness". "Whatever it takes to win is all that matters". The House has been using this same philosophy.
Link it all to " whatever it takes to buy the company," and once you own it, you do as you please....".. Americans will more then be able to relate and see through the "Romney scam".
