Nothing says happy birthday, baby Jesus like a cache of weapons. In between news of mass shootings, Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore is drawing outrage after posting a Christmas card featuring the entire family fully armed on her Facebook page with the message:
It's up to Americans to protect America. We're just your ordinary American family.-With love & liberty, Michele
Because nothing says let’s celebrate the Prince of Peace more than posing with a cache of high-powered weapons designed to kill. She’s a big fan of the Second Amendment and responded to the terrorist attack in San Bernardino thusly:
My strong message to you is its time Americans begin protecting America. Get armed, get trained get your head out if the sand and be prepared.
She is such a big gun lover that she put out her own calendar of herself posing with guns.

It isn’t the first time Michele Fiore has raised eyebrows. She recently said she thought cancer was a fungus:
If you have cancer, which I believe is a fungus, and we can put a pic line into your body and we’re flushing with, say, salt water, sodium cardonate [sic-it's "bicarbonate"] through that line and flushing out the fungus. These are some procedures that are not FDA-approved in America that are very inexpensive, cost-effective.
Last month, the state of Nevada revoked her home health care license:
Inspectors with the state Bureau of Health Care Quality and Compliance said they visited Fiore's Las Vegas-based business, Always There 4 You, on Tuesday and found another business moving in. They also said her office was inexplicably closed during a September visit and she didn't respond to a certified letter last month inquiring about its status.
Fiore issued a statement late Tuesday saying she decided to close the business because government red tape was making operations too difficult.
Uh-huh. Like most Republicans, always the victim of the big bad government.
