The campaign of Virginia Republican Del. David Yancey is challenging Tuesday’s dramatic recount result, which saw Democrat Shelly Simonds defeating Yancey by a single vote. Although Yancey’s team signed off on the result on Tuesday, on Wednesday one of the recount officials on Yancey’s side had second thoughts:
