Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) is not happy after viewing the FBI report on Brett Kavanaugh and the so-called investigation into whether he sexually assaulted *at least* two women and then lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Each senator has approximately one hour to review the report in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). No notes, no copies, no aides, and the senators are forbidden from discussing the findings. One by one, Democrats have come out of the SCIF and complained about the contents of the report, or the lack thereof. Here’s how Sen. Menendez angrily reacted as he was leaving the SCIF:
Make no mistake about it, the Supreme Court would be forever tainted if Republicans push this nomination through. They risk a constitutional crisis and a possible impeachment of a sitting Supreme Court Justice for felony perjury. They have so many conservative judges on their bench, it is so difficult to believe they are sticking with a man facing credible accusations of sexual assault.
Let's elect a Senate that respects women. Can you give $3 to Jacky Rosen in Nevada and Beto O'Rourke in Texas?
