EU-funded SwitchMed is organizing the synergy workshop in Ramallah on the 27th of June , where Green Entrepreneurs, Civil Society Organizations and Public Stakeholders are gathering to take stock of the Green Economy sector in the Country and explore ways forward toward a more conducive and inclusive environment for a genuine sustainable development….
The resources below were collected regardless of politics —and updated when new ones are found— and either have their own sites where copyright 2018 is noted (i.e., apparently currently in business) or are in FB, so probably more are there and at other big sites as well. Online buying is always caveat emptor of course. In your own town and nearby, look for Palestinian products at brick’n’mortar stores of international groceries and goods, asia/east/west markets/shops, and other creative searching. Readers finding more resources that look current can kosmail links to me to add to/update this list. Some images below are representative rather than actual.

The Taybeh Brewery is a Palestinian brewery co-founded in 1994, shortly after the first Oslo Accords were signed in 1993. The brewery is in the West Bank village of Taybeh, 35 kilometres (22 mi) north of Jerusalem. It produced its first beer in 1995[1] and has since developed a global following.[2]It has been described as a pioneer microbrewery in the region, [in predating] the first Israeli microbrewery, The Dancing Camel, by about ten years.[3]
As a college student in the 1980s, Nadim Khoury began making his own beer at the dorms where he lived. He subsequently took up formal studies in brewing at UC Davis in California.[4] In 1997, Taybeh beer became the first Palestinian product to be franchised in Germany, where it was brewed and bottled for sale in Europe.[5] Taybeh beer is also exported directly from Taybeh to Sweden.
In 2005, an annual Oktoberfest-style beer festival was launched. Dubbed the Taybeh Beer Festival, it opens in the beginning of October.[6]In 2008, an Australian named Lara van Raay produced a documentary called Palestine, Beer and Ocktoberfest Under Occupation, which focuses on the Taybeh Brewery and the Khoury family.[7]

AND think of where you would want to buy Canaan products locally. Canaan sells very well in local food cooperatives and specialty stores (gourmet or fair trade gift stores). When your local store buys Canaan olive oil, Canaan will send Interfaith Peace Builders a $50 donation in your name. Contact IFPB staff if you are interested in this option. We will send you additional information and put you in touch directly with Canaan representatives in the United States who can help you approach your local stores and successfully market these incredible products!
Members of the Interfaith Peace-Builders board and past harvest-delegates have volunteered to sell Canaan's fair trade products in their community. They travel to fair trade expos, set up tables at farmers markets, or at houses of worship in the community, and/or sell products to friends, family and neighbors. It's a great way to support this great initiative and advocate for peace in Palestine/Israel at the same time! Sellers can affiliate with IFPB and a portion of all sales will benefit the organization. Contact IFPB staff and we will put you in touch with volunteers who can tell you all about how it works!

- Side-note: Last year (2017, found from 2016) I came upon this item when I was trying to figure out how to decrease heat alongside my house exterior walls without increasing use of electricity:
A Palestinian woman and a Saudi man have teamed up to create a new “smart” solar umbrella...
High Tech Umbrella for the Haj
Solar powered umbrella to ease journey to Mecca
A Palestinian woman and a Saudi man have teamed up to create a new “smart” umbrella, which uses solar energy to power the umbrella which comes with USB ports, a fan, a flashlight, and a GPS system, to help pilgrims on their annual Haj to Mecca, which begins September 9.
The solar powered umbrella, called the Kafya, co-created by Palestinian consultant Manal Dandis and Saudi Arabian researcher and environmental engineer Kamel Badawi, was invented to combat the extreme heat common to Mecca and is even fitted with a GPS system to help locate lost friends and family.
“We started our idea from the haj,” Dandis said. “My partner was a volunteer with the haj for 40 years and he knows exactly what the haj needs. In Mecca, there are no adapters for electricity and there are three or four million people who need to charge their mobile phones. Sometimes people lose each other. It is also very hot in Saudi Arabia and older people need walking sticks.”
Because temperatures can range from 86 to even 113 degrees Fahrenheit, pilgrims often use umbrellas as protection from the sun while performing the Haj. Kafya comes outfitted with a fan to keep its users cool to avoid sometimes life threatening health conditions.
“Many people suffer from medical issues while on the haj and the most common medical conditions due to communicative diseases and overcrowding are influenza, overheat, and burning tents,” Abdulaziz Al Mudaiheem of the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences said in an email.
“The umbrella has [16 lightweight fabric] solar panels and a USB adapter to charge a mobile phone,” Dandis told The Media Line. “The handle of the umbrella works as a power bank so you can have your power bank everywhere you go.”
The “all in one” Kafya umbrella … can even be used as a cane. The electricity from the solar panels goes directly to the power bank in the handle [which] can also be charged through an electrical outlet...
but that seems to be all the development since then, and I’m not sure how a purchase would be made, assuming the product went into full production: Saudi Engineer Invents Solar-Powered, Air-Conditioned Umbrella July 13th, 2017
A Saudi engineer has invented an air-conditioned umbrella “Makkah Umbrella” which works by using the solar energy or even batteries to assist pilgrims avoid dehydration and heat exhaustion during Haj season as temperatures soar over 40°C in the holy sites.
Mohammed Hamid Sayegh, a resident of Makkah, was asked by a very close friend and his other engineering colleagues to think of creative ideas to make things easy for pilgrims for Haj 2017 especially that weather forecasters are expecting a very hot weather this year.
During the official launch of his invention here in Jeddah, Sayegh said "the demand for umbrellas has soared over the past years due the high heat and most of the foreign pilgrims from Europe, Asia and other parts of the world prefer to use umbrellas during their Hasj journey."
Sayegh first thought of installing a built-in fan inside the umbrella to keep pilgrims cool during the days of Haj.
Describing his invention, he said: “This air-conditioned umbrella works by using solar energy or by being charged by electricity or batteries. It is lightweight (610 gram only), easy to use, has a two-speed fan, and is easily connected to any water bottle installed in the canopy with a hand pump to push the water to the sprinklers.”
The umbrella, he said, is able to work long hours by spraying water through the pumps. It is characterized by high capacities and is economic in water consumption making it an ideal choice for pilgrims, especially during this year and years which will witness unprecedented rise in temperature.”
Raed Matar, marketing and sales manager of “Makkah Umbrella” was happy with the arrival of this umbrella this year which was made in China [for affordability] in order to create an appropriate atmosphere in the holy sites.
He also noted that this unique umbrella will not only be used by pilgrims but also others in this hot weather...
- Not sure if this will suggest ways to purchase, but worth a try:
