Speaking at a community forum in West Hollywood, Michael Avennati claimed he is now representing three more women who received hush money payments in 2016 to keep quiet about their extramarital affairs with Donald Trump. Like Playboy model Karen McDougal, the women allegedly reached agreements with American Media Inc., parent company of The National Enquirer, and the paper then buried the stories and/or sold them back to Donald Trump where he could personally ensure they never spoke the truth about their relationship.
From ABC7:
Avenatti was doing a panel in West Hollywood that included Mayor John Duran, former federal prosecutor Steve Madison and Mariana Magana Gamero, who is part of the Coalition for Human Immigration Rights of Los Angeles.
During the panel, Avenatti stood up and announced the information to the audience. He said the women claim they were paid "hush money" by AMI Entertainment, Trump and his attorney Michael Cohen. He did not reveal what they were paid to stay quiet about.
"There are three additional female clients of mine that have not been disclosed that were paid hush money prior to the 2016 election, whether it be from Michael Cohen on behalf of the president, an entity that Michael Cohen formed, or AMI," he said.
What a cozy relationship Donald Trump, AMI Chairman and CEO David Pecker and attorneys Michael Cohen and Keith Davidson had, right? All these women, all these affairs and all these men at the center of keeping them quiet. At least one of the possible new clients says a pregnancy resulted from the relationship.
Of course there is speculation that Avenatti is exaggerating these claims to bolster his case with Stormy Daniels. But, thus far, Avenatti has been accurate in his predictions. We’ll see if he sits down for a proper press conference and brings these women forward with their claims. If verified, these would be the third, fourth, and fifth women to claim extramarital affairs and hush money payoffs involving Donald Trump. In short, he’s an ass.
