Ukrainian Peace Plan? What Peace Plan? So many Russian Contacts (over 100) — and so little time.
The Un-redactions from yesterday also mentioned that Manafort’s involvement in this Peace Plan, somehow had slipped his mind.
During a proffer meeting held with the Special Counsel on September 11, 2018, Mr. Manafort explained to the Government attorneys and investigators that he would have given the Ukrainian peace plan more thought, had the issue not been raised during the period he was engaged with work related to the presidential campaign.

OK, but what was in that Ukrainian Peace Plan? What were the nuts and the bolts?
What were the Quids and the Quos?

They admitted that during the 2016 campaign Manafort and his longtime associate Konstantin Kilimnik, who the FBI has said has ties to Russian intelligence, discussed a peace plan for Ukraine and that Manafort also shared with him political polling data.
Peace plan? Where have we heard that before? Oh, that's right: Trump's attorney, Michael Cohen, Trump's former Mafia-linked, Russian American business associate Felix Sater and Ukrainian politician Andrii Artemenko conspired after the 2016 election to present a peace plan to incoming national security adviser Michael Flynn, who was himself suspiciously friendly to the Russians.
The plan would have legitimated Russian annexation of Crimea and lifted sanctions on Russia. In other words, it would have been the pay off that Russian President Vladimir Putin was seeking from his well-documented intervention on behalf of candidate Trump - and it could easily have come to fruition if the Russian election interference had not become a scandal. The Trump-Russia “Conspiracy Case” just got a lot stronger too, as I tried to explain yesterday. That case just got much stronger, as it has been confirmed today that the Manafort Data delivery to “The GRU Guy” — happened in 2016 while Manafort was still that Trump Campaign Chairman.
Here’s a bit more background on that innocuous sounding “Ukrainian Peace Plan” that the Trump-Russia Team was busily working on in 2016 …

Robert Mueller, the special counsel investigating Russia's interference in the 2016 US election, is digging into two episodes involving President Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, The Washington Post reported this week.
The first relates to the Trump Organization's effort in late 2015 to secure a Trump Tower deal in Moscow and Cohen's subsequent contact with a top Kremlin official at the height of the 2016 election.
The second relates to what The New York Times has described as a "peace plan for Ukraine and Russia" that Cohen was said to have been instrumental in developing and hand-delivering to Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser, before Flynn was forced to resign last year.

If things had gone according Hoyle, the National Security Adviser would have tried to usher in a new “Russian Reset” era. And with a new “Honeymoon” in effect, the GOP Congress might have followed suit.
The more you know …
The more traitorous they look.
