Just days before Trump’s planned rally in Minnesota, a Trump supporter in the state has allegedly flashed a loaded handgun at an 18-year-old woman because the vehicle she was driving had a bumper sticker supporting Elizabeth Warren.
The incident happened in Moorhead in western Minnesota:
Police say 27-year-old Joseph Schumacher, who has a Donald Trump bumper sticker, pulled up alongside the woman’s vehicle on 8th street south in the noon hour.
He began yelling about her Elizabeth Warren bumper sticker then pulled in front of her and held up a gun.
The man has been arrested on suspicion of felony terroristic threats.
Officers found the suspect “eating at a business” nearby in the Brookdale Shopping Center, the captain said. They saw a box for a handgun in the vehicle and found a loaded handgun in the center console.
Trump is busy riling up his brown shirts red hats, inciting them to violence.
An anti-Trump protest is being planned for Thursday. One of the main organizers of planned protests against Trump’s upcoming rally is concerned about armed Trump supporters:
He told reporters he is especially concerned about rumblings on social media about armed militias coming to the city to defend Target Center and the president against anarchists.
But not to fear, the anti-Trump protest is going to be big, strong, united, and peaceful.
“This group of people and all of the coalition have signed onto an agreement of making sure this rally and this protest is peaceful for everyone," Jaylani Hussein of the Council on American Islamic Relations, or CAIR, told reporters Monday.
"We want families to come out here. We want everyone to come out here because this is about us. It is not about a few activists, it is about all of us."
