Commanders at Fort Bragg are reviewing Captain Emily Rainey’s involvement in last week’s events in the nation’s capital, but she said she acted within military regulations and that no one in her group broke the law.
“I was a private citizen and doing everything right and within my rights,” Rainey told The Associated Press on Sunday.
Rainey said she led 100 members of Moore County Citizens for Freedom, which describes itself online as a nonpartisan network promoting conservative values, to Washington to “stand against election fraud” and support Trump. She said the group attended the rally but she didn’t know of anyone who entered the Capitol and that they were headed back to their buses hours before an emergency curfew took effect.
She’s been in the news before, she pulled down Caution Tape closing off a playground back in May during the statewide lockdown.

Meet Emily Rainey. She is a self described "freedom fighter" and a member of the #ReOpenNC movement.
This weekend, Emily decided her kids needed to play in the park. Now, the Governor of North Carolina has closed public parks with an executive order due to the Covid-19 pandemic. That was no obstacle for Emily though. She simply took it upon herself to declare the executive order unconstitutional, walked into the park, cut down the yellow caution tape, and let her kids play away.
The cops gave her a citation but said they were not really intent on enforcing the Governor’s orders.

So it appears her attempt to incite a rebellion was unsuccessful. The only thing she seems to have achieved was to cut the caution tape and to get herself banned from public parks and threatened with arrest.
Sounds like a peach.
So I thought PSYOPS were supposed to use their skills on enemies abroad, not our own citizens, or oneself.
