New Failed Coup Evidence, Ted Cruz Tape

And we have the evidence on a, hee hee, tape.

News today, special counsel Jack Smith requested from Abby Grossberg the audio recording Cruz plotting to prevent the Biden presidency.  Ari Malber does a better job than I can of reporting the story. 

This raises new questions.  Were people at Fox part of the coup?  Was Clarence Thomas?  Was Georgia so key because of Clarence Thomas?  How much did the 147 people voting with Ted  to not certify know about the coup plans?  How many co-conspirators of the coup are there?

Cruz conspired against the United States, aided and abetted those who sought to overthrow our government. He should be removed from office under the 14th Amendment

Anyway, big story, but not exactly news, to many of us asking the hard questions at least, that all these things are converging.  What are they planning now to scheme their traitorous hides out of jail time?  And who is implicated in the coup that we have yet to see evidence about?
