A drone attack on the Khalino air field in Russia killed a number of officers, but did it in a rather unique way.
The drone was brought down by the Russians and captured. When a group of officers came to inspect it, it detonated. That may have been a fluke. If it was deliberate and planned that way by Ukraine, it was ingenuous.
At the airfield "Khalino" in the Kursk region, a Ukrainian drone was landed by Russian electronic warfare systems on the runway. When the leadership of the aviation regiment and FSB officers arrived for closer inspection drone exploded. As claimed, the following were killed or injured during the explosion:
→ commander of the 14th aviation regiment;
→ one of his deputies;→ a group of aviator officers;
→ a representative of the FSB military counterintelligence;
→ airport employees.
This loitering drone maneuvers through a wooded area, finds a Russian bunker and detonates.
It demonstrates that there is really no place to hide from these things.
The second video is in slow motion and shows the missile striking the target.
A Stinger engages and destroys a Russian cruise missile.
Ukraine advances at Opytne, which is north of the Donetsk airport. And near Bakhmut, having already lost Klishchiivka and Andriivka, Russia isn’t going to be able to hold on to Kurdyumivka long.
Russia clearly needs to work on its procedures for evacuating the wounded.
They should have stayed home.
How long before Russia claims to have destroyed 200% of the Abrams tanks in Ukraine?
How long will the EU and NATO put up with Orban?
Hungarian authorities regularly accuse Ukraine of violating the rights of some 150,000 ethnic Hungarians in Transcarpathia over a 2017 law restricting education in minority languages.
…..
The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers recently stated that Ukraine is ready to make "additional amendments" to the law on secondary education in minority languages, including Hungarian, for the sake of EU accession talks.
This is basically a smart torpedo.
Are these nets supposed to defend against drone attacks?
Maybe Ukraine should equip drones with darts.
Living with the constant threat of missiles and drones can take a toll on anyone’s mental health.
This horse has been evacuated to safety.
