He’s getting the ever-living snot boo’d out of him.
By libertarians.
Only thing missing? Moar Cowbell! (h/t Wolverine!)

DJT isn't 'brave' for going to the Libertarian convention.
It was a stunt he thought would help him, and it backfired....because his political operation failed in their attempt to lockout LP members out his speech in favor of his bussed in supporters.
They tried to rig it, and failed. That's all.
Stop acting like he is a hero for getting booed for an hour while reading a speech from a teleprompter. That wasn't the plan.
And RFK Jr is a lifelong dem who also went to the convention, and he got multiple standing ovations....despite being even moreso in 'hostile territory' than DJT.

Dear Donald,
I’m sorry you stepped outside your MAGA bubble and got beat up like a rented piñata at an anger management seminar.
To remedy this harsh dose of reality, you could announce a MAGA rally next week in a safe zone, sell a few hats, issue some “they’re out to get me” fundraisers, post some Taylor Swift concert crowds and claim them as your attendees.
Hope this helps.
Yours truly,
Jack

The Libertarian Convention continues today. The good news for FIDJT? He got more votes than Stormy Daniels and Denail The Cat.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was eliminated as the 2024 Libertarian Party presidential candidate in the first round of voting with 2.07% (19 votes) at their national convention in DC.

Request for information at the Libertarian National Convention: Did this body grab a former president by the p—— last night?

What I like about MAGA leaders like Kari Lake is that they really speak to the youth of this country. Some people want you to believe it’s all delusional meemaws sending their social security checks that are powering this movement, but they are wrong.

Meanwhile, at another gathering (her outfit is different)
There are thousands of people just out frame in this pic listening to Kari Lake speak.
Sources are saying it’s the largest political crowd in Arizona history, all in the Phoenix Holiday Inn conference room B.

Thank you Ken Burns for saying what needs to be said.
Well @KenBurns pretty much nails it

GOOD!
Senate Finance chair Ron Wyden and Senate Budget chair Sheldon Whitehouse are investigating Trump's request that oil companies raise $1 billion in campaign cash and, in return, he would cut a "deal" on industry taxes and regulations.
The Democrats have asked eight energy companies and an industry lobbying group for any materials given to attendees at the event where Trump made this ask.

Meanwhile, I think there's a trial wrapping up somewhere this week. The hidden trap for Trump’s defense team in Michael Cohen’s testimony. www.msnbc.com/...
Donald Trump’s fate will soon be in the hands of 12 citizens, a jury of his peers. The jurors will be tasked with deciding if the prosecutors proved Trump’s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Central to that decision will be their assessment of the credibility of star witness Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer and self-described fixer.
By his own admission at trial, Cohen has lied, cheated and stolen — including from the Trump Organization. That may seem like a problem for the prosecution. Yet in my experience, it is anything but. The very fact that Cohen himself admitted to his prior lies and criminal activity may very well lead the jury to credit his testimony and use it to convict Trump.
