It's Memorial Day weekend.
Unless you are an "Islamofascist Terrorist" this means that you have to cook something outside on the grill, or in the barbecue smoker.
It could be steak, it could be hamburgers, it could be tofu, but if you are not eating something cooked outside, I will report you to Michael Chertoff, head of Homeland Security.

So, here is the deep question: Charcoal, or Gas?
It's a matter of no small dispute, so tell us what, and why.
For me, it's charcoal. It's a dryer heat that gas, and I like the flavor of the carcinogens generated.
