FEC reminds me - Dean has best chance

It occured to me this morning while reading about the FEC doling out pittances to 5 candidates - that Dean is the only one who will be able to compete with Bush's money machine because he opted out of the system.  Kerry did the same thing, but unlike Dean, he has not found a way to raise money except mortgage his house.  The other guys, should any of them get nominated, will simply be crushed financially.
