So somehow Bush has hijacked this memo situation and turned it in his favor to draw attention to the SCLM. If I were Kerry's rapid response, I'd counter with... "President Bush is awfully concerned with finding the person who leaked the memo regarding his guard service. It doesn't appear, though, that he's very interested in finding out what high level member of his administration leaked the identity of CIA operative Valerie Plame.
The Bush administration should be working as hard at finding out the leak that put Miss Plame's life at risk as it is with finding out who leaked the insignificant guard documents.
It has been well over a year and the most Bush can say about Valerie Plame's case is that he has a large administration and it will be hard to find the person who is responsible. Apparently it's harder to find a leak within a presidential administration than it is to find one in all of the US."
