I have been thinking that Bush has successfully hidden the casualties of the Iraq War. Therefore, we need to use the opportunity provided to us by Memorial Day to put the numbers and names into the American publics mind...
All across the nation, for Memorial weekend, we should locate a field at public high view places to plant American Flags for every American soldier that has died in Iraq....Also attached should be a picture and brief bio of the soldier...
No one would dare touch such a display....
Imagine the sight of a field full of over 700 flags, with photos attached, done in the form of the many burial sites of military dead around the world....
A green field covered with American falgs with the names faces and short bio about all we have lost...from one end of this nation to the other...
Do not let Bush continue to hide what we have sacrificed for his ill-advised war!!!
Let's get on this....now!!!!!!!!!!!!
At least every state capital should have the lawn in front of the state house used for this purpose, in addition to the park across from the White House...
