Democratic presidential candidate Wesley Clark revealed more of his
plans for a new tax code in New Hampshire on Wednesday. Appearing
with Enron whistleblower Sherron Watkins, Clark outlined his plan
to end corporate welfare by closing the loopholes that
allow the super wealthy to avoid paying taxes. Clark's plan to
require the wealthy to pay their share of taxes would reduce the
taxes on 31 million American families and would allow hundreds of
thousands of children to be lifted out of poverty.
