I am sick and tired of partisan gerrymanders keeping dems out of office in Ohio, Florida, and, especially, Tom Delay's Texas.
Markos showed incredible leadership last month when he encouraged us to vote "yes" on Prop 77.
I have voted for it, and I hope that many, if not all, of the Californias to post and read here will join me.
The way the districts are currently drawn is good for dems in California, but bad for us in Texas, Florida, and Ohio.
If we don't show leadership on this issue, how can we encourage fair-minded Republicans in Ohio, Florida, and Texas to support the same reforms?
I am also voting yes on Prop 75 because I want my union (the Police Protective League) and all other unions to get union members' permission BEFORE they spend our cash on politicians.
I am voting "no" on Prop's 74 and 76 because they are obvious Republican boondoggles, created by the Goobernator himself.
