In today's round of legal gymnastics we see Defendant Chief Dunn attempting to make me file a whole new complaint relative to the secret file he's been maintaining on me, as noted in prior posts and in this killer Blawg entry which contains my most recent filing and exhibits, and showing some Judges' facial expressions whenever I'm around:

We've got more judicial pics, BTW. Later for those. Bottom line is that Chief Dunn has a secret file on me, and emails sent to both of his attorneys that he has not produced despite repeated requests. And NAACP Defendant Gloria Timmons' false statements back in January '05 to my erstwhile colleagues that Jaffrey Police had filed a lawsuit against NAACP because of me constitute a separate and distinct cause of action from her Defaming me to the media... All of these issues stem from a common nucleus of operative fact, as any lawyer will tell you, so they must be heard now because:
a) Chief Dunn and his secret-file shenanigans are a current development with roots in the initial phase of when he Defamed me initially.
b) The lies that Gloria Timmons told the NAACP members to get me out the door were only recently-discovered despite due diligence, out of hundreds, if not thousands of my emails.
Earth to Chief Dunn, again: Your lawyer Charlie Bauer makes a ridiculous claim that it is unclear from my Motion for Injunctive Relief and Amended Complaint whether my criminal defense attorneys -- one of whom of course is former Hillsborough County lead prosecutor David Horan -- have asked for the spy file on me pursuant to Rule 98. Too bad that Bauer's own damn Objection reads, at p.3, para 6, that the criminal discovery is AUTOMATIC. While my lawyers will naturally come to court on 14 March to note that they have requested the file, such requests should not have to be made, and no talismanic Kabuki Dance is required.

Plaintiff notes that the ongoing nature of hiding this file constitutes an invasion of privacy, and a procedural and substantive due process violation right here, right now, bubba. The World Public, and presumably the Court, will agree that government spying is not cool.
I am not going to allow this man to carry a secret file on me. I am not Martin Luther King and he is not J. Edgar Hoover; he's fuckin' DEAD. This is the year 2006, at least beyond the confines of Jaffrey, New Hampshire it is.
Cat's out of the bag, Charlie, Marty, Maria, Marty, Gloria and Melanie: The game you started with your little (well, quite large, actually) WMUR and general media (whom Marty Van Oot and Maria Proulx's firm, Orr & Reno -- represent) smear will be finished by my team and our resources. I don't think Justice Souter, who worked there, would appreciate this. Perhaps one day we find out because if it ever does come down to all that, now I'll have the support I need, through people I've met online, unlike my prior Constitutional battles that occurred in the vacuum of secrecy they like to keep surrounding court issues. But now since they yanked my law card for reasons involving "racism, ignorance and reactionary politics," according to tenured Law ProfessorLou Jacobs, and I'm not a lawyer, I get to talk about it. It's brilliant. Viva technology and the Internet, I say.
I will make you wish you never did that dirt on me, and I will make it my entire career and sole life mission to clear my name, and to expose your dirt. Have a nice life, because you are watching part of it unfold right here. I know for a fact that the lawyers get several views of the future each day. I also know Chief Dunn finds my blawg "despicable," but that's too bad, so sad hard cheese for him. Turnaround is Fair Play, as my prep/school motto emphasizes.
