Deaniacs for Boxer

Alright its call to action time. This is for anyone who lives in California or who respects the few Progressive Democrats we have in the Senate. Barbara Boxer has been targetted for replacement by the Republicans who are of course revitalized by their wreckless recall victory last year.

We CANNOT afford to sit back and say "Oh they're just a bunch of fools they'll never defeat Barbara Boxer!"

They can, and if we let them they will. Davis laughed at the idea of a recall and he got canned badly. There is a huge amount of support being gathered for candidates against Boxer. One of them claims to be her "Worst Nightmare" someone should tell them thats a Stallone line!

Another is a hispanic candidate who's slogan is simply "Adios Boxer" not the most clever Republican but if it takes away the hispanic vote we'll have a hard time replacing it.

If you are a Deaniac who lives in California or wants to reward a fellow democratic democrat. You should consider supporting Barbara Boxer. I would also like to take a moment to draw the attention of Daily Kos.

They are doing a bang up job on watching the house and senate races. Do NOT underestimate Boxers challengers. They are a nasty bunch of sobs. And as we have seen the Media will not think twice about slandering a progressive Democrat especially one the Republicans have marked for replacement.
