An ad I'd like to see...

You know, if CBS isn't going to air the MoveOn ad, what will they show? Other than GOP ads and beer commercials...

Here's an ad I want to see.

This has been running through my head for a couple of days now...

First clip:
Footage from the 2003 State of the Union address, talking about how Iraq has "weapons of mass destruction" and how they are an immediate threat to the United States.

NARRATOR: Last year, George Bush told you that Iraq posed an immediate threat to this country.

Second clip:
Footage from 2004 State of the Union address, talking about "weapons of mass destruction related program activities."

NARRATOR: What a difference a year makes.

Montage:
Clips of destruction in Iraq and moving Halliburton logos.

NARRATOR: Over 500 American soldiers have been killed. The Vice-President's old company, Halliburton, has reaped untold profits. And not a single weapon has been found.
