deficit rhetoric

If this topic has been discussed in the past please forgive me, but I think Kerry should start emphasizing the disastrous generational affects of Bush's "tax cuts".  JK briefly mentioned this theme during Wednesday's debates, but why not do it more?  Arguing that there has been a massive shift of the tax burden from the old to the young could piss-off enough older voters to cost kerry the election.  However, I think any possible downside is outweighed by the effect such rhetoric could have in blunting the current link of attack coming from B/C '04.  Their strategy from here on out seems to center on Kerry's supposed economic liberalism, a new critique of the "tax cuts" which focuses on the shift of taxation from one generation to another seems more effective than Kerry's current line about tax cuts for the richest Americans.
