The
Des Moines Register has a story about the Gore thing where his campaign manager says it's like $100 million in the bank (can I take out an advance on that?).
But that's not what I want to talk about. The article also says:
The lead in Iowa has shifted back and forth between Dean and Gephardt, who won the caucuses in 1988, polls have shown.
I just think that's a funny way to phrase that. It makes it sound like polls have shown that Gephardt won in '88. No way! :)
