It's apparently a done deal, ten more years.
It is no surprise; ballots recount the same.
The vote patterns are apparent.
Overall, Wisconsin swung blue in 2011.
Counties averaged a five percent blue shift.
Votes cast tally the state swinging 3.5% blue.
A "Milwaukee Anomaly" is also apparent.
One large county shifting five percent red.
Fifteen percent of voters are a statistical outlier.
In the City of Milwaukee--one-in-twelve voters state-wide--
the bluer the blue, the redder the shift.
The liberal Supreme Court candidate garnered
6.3% fewer votes than did the 2010 candidates,
The bluest wards in the bluest city swung the race red,
countering 4.6% more blue votes elsewhere state-wide.
Charts here illustrate the improbable, anomalous correlations and other patterns:

Obviously, ballots recount the same,
and recounts don't explain anomalies.
Apparently, explaining the Milwaukee Anomaly
explains how the election resulted red.
