Oh, so
this asshole is "incensed" at being unfairly reviled for gouging his customers?
Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan says the public needs to start thinking before they criticize his company.
"I, like you, get a little incensed when you think about how much good all of you do, whether it's volunteer hours, charitable giving we do, serving clients and customers well," Moynihan said to employees in a global town hall meeting last week, Bloomberg reports. "You ought to think a little about that before you start yelling at us."
Right, he's so unfairly picked on. Given that it's not that hard to change banks, maybe Brian Moynihan should be making a little more effort to listen to his disgruntled customers.
And it'd probably help in that whole community relations effort if he wasn't dramatically increasing unemployment in those communities.
