Would a rational person, mentally stable person distribute ammunition to thugs who they knew committed crimes of assault and thugs who were suspected of being "mentally imbalanced?" Stewart Rhodes admits he distributed thousands of dollars worth of ammunition to Bundy's thugs that he suspected were "mentally imbalanced."
.
RHODES: (35.44) We distributed a ton of gear. All kinds of handsets. Tool ban radios -- I bought 15 to 20 of 'em and we brought more in, over time, and all that stuff -- and ammunition -- I brought two boxes -- 1 box had 100 PMags, we gave it to all the guys to distribute it out. I don't want those back. We gave a box of 100 AKmags to the camp and distributed, we don't want that back. I wanna see everybody out there, who showed up, which counts for a lot, be well equipped in the future so we supplied a lot of logistics and we said 'Go ahead and keep it guys' --- thousands of dollars worth that we raised and -- well the mags were our property from before this but -- that we saved for a rainy day -- but we just distributed it out.
There ya have it,
Stewart Rhodes admits he plotted and conspired insurrection against the United States and distributed ammunition to specifically be used to wage war against the United States thus showing he, Stewart Rhodes, is a dangerous domestic terrorist who is
not mentally stable. And, I believe Stewart Rhodes also just admitted he committed Treason.
Ironically this same Stewart Rhodes - who plotted insurrection and who willingly distributed ammunition to achieve insurrection - goes on to say, not imply but actually says, that some of Bundy's terrorist thugs should not be allowed to have guns on the Bundy ranch because they are "mentally imbalanced" and says nothing about taking the ammunition he distributed to them away. Pot meet kettle.
RHODES: (38:4) The problem is there are a few, a small handful of complete nuts who are not kicked off the property .... My point is, is that there are true -- like mentally imbalanced people who are allowed to stay there with weapons. And those are the ones who threatened to shoot my guys. Those are the guys who went running back to their -- their truck and got an AR and came runnin back to draw on my guy until they run away. He could-a shot him but he didn't. They're the ones who are putting their hands on their guns like this and posturing and going into a gun-fighter claw [holds right hand over gun in side holster with fingers in claw shape
Hmmm .... No where on this video does Rhodes claim to have given any conditions on ammunition distribution yet, Rhodes admits he has reasonable cause to believe that some of Bundy's thugs, that he willingly distributed "
thousands of dollars worth" of ammunition to are "
mentally imbalanced. Does that mean Rhodes has reasonable cause to believe those people who assaulted and threatened Rhodes guys have ever been adjudicated as mentally ill and/or have been committed to any mental institution?
Food for thought: it is a violation of Federal law to distribute ammunition to people who you have reasonable cause to believe have been adjudicated as mentally ill and/or have been committed to any mental institution?
TITLE 18, UNITED STATE CODE, CHAPTER 44
§ 922 Unlawful acts
(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or otherwise dispose of any firearm or ammunition to any person knowing or having reasonable cause to believe that such person
(1) is under indictment for, or has been convicted in any court of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year;
(2) is a fugitive from justice;
(3) is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance (as defined in section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802));
(4) has been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution;
Did Rhodes ask or find out if anyone he distributed ammunition to had been '
convicted in any court of, a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year and/or if they had been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution."
Given the limits Federal Law places on the distribution of ammunition isn't it incumbent and the only responsible thing for Rhodes to do, as distributor, to ask and find out the history of the people he is distributing bulk ammunition to?
Earlier in the video, Rhodes describes instances where those he suspects as "mentally imbalanced," include but is not limited to, a goon named "Little Dog" of Mountain Men Militia out of Arizona, and a guy named Jack out of New Hampshire, of committing criminal acts whereby they physically assaulted two Oathkeepers, drew weapons on others without being in a self-defense situation and coming inches away from starting a "gun fight. Right there inside the camp."
After everything I've learned and read about the American-hating domestic terrorists helping Cliven Bundy violently violate a Federal Court order, I am of the opinion that everyone of those goons are criminals, domestic terrorists, and are "mentally imbalanced" who, most likely are not mentally stable enough to own a fire-arm let alone be given the ammunition that goes in them.
How mentally balanced is Stewart Rhodes for distributing ammunition to a gang of thugs he knows committed assault and who he suspects are "mentally imbalanced?"
Earlier in the video, Rhodes describes Little Dog, whose real name is Robert Crooks, as a deviant who commits crimes.
RHODES: ... wild crazy guys who brought this Little Dog from Arizona and we told Jerry 'look man you gotta get him out of this camp, this guy's nuts.' The refusal to take him out and so from the very beginning you've had this -- this ticking time-bomb with some nutbags frankly they're in the camp runnin-a-muck.
Little Dog is another one of those American-haters who is itching to kill. He especially longs to kill undocumented immigrant crossing the border. In 2007 Little Dog became famous with law enforcement when he posted a video online showing himself murdering a person who he suspected as being an immigrant wearing a backpack and completed the video by showing the shallow grave he put the corpse in. After finally admitting to making the video, he acknowledged the video was a mock-murder and said he and his buddies made the video because "[w]e're old men and we're bored."
.
Little Dog's youtube handle is "The Cockroach Hunter"
... eeeeyeah. I recall when Rwanda Radio Station Télévision Libre des Mille Collines (RTLMC) played a significant role in instigating the 1993 Rwandan Genocide by calling Tutsis "Cockroaches" and went as far as saying "You [Tutsis] are cockroaches! We will kill you!"
Rhodes also accuses those he calls "mentally imbalanced" of the criminal acts of assaulting and threatening, at gun point, two old men:
[Timestamp 20:49]
RHODES: ... now when Bidler [old man] was dropped on his butt-- John Bidler-- another guy -- some Mountain Man militia guy put his hand on his gun and said "I dare ya to draw -- draw Mother Fucker I'm gonna kill ya." I'm sorry to cuss but that's what he said. So they were being threatened. Guys with hands on their guns threatening them. That's why we told them [Steve & John] to get out of there. We knew the situation was this close [signals an inch] from being a gun fight. Right there inside the camp.
Rhodes gives an example of more crimes by those he calls "mentally imbalanced" of threatening someone with a deadly weapon:
[Timestamp 37:28]
RHODES: ...One of our guys from Montana, Rick Delapp, who was there from the beginning he's been out there for 2 weeks in the dirt. The day of this confrontation [with Steve & John Bidler] I come to find out he [Rick Delapp] had to draw on somebody. Two of the Mountain men guys came up to him -- were aggressing on him. Then one of them ran back to his vehicle and grabbed an AR and came back with an AR in his hand and Rick had to draw on him. And those two ran off. That was this close [hand signals an inch] from Rick having to shoot that ding-a-ling. If that guy had raised his barrel, Rick would have had no choice but to shoot him.
Given all that, and for the safety of his own guys who were assaulted and threatened, didn't Rhodes owe it to them to ask and find out if those he suspects as "
mentally imbalanced" were ever adjudicated as mentally ill and/or have been committed to any mental health facility before he willingly gave "
thousands of dollars worth" of "
ammunition" and "
PMags and AKmags" to be distributed among the "
mentally imbalanced?"
Rhodes suspected the people he distributed ammunition to were close to waging a gun-fight yet rather than take the ammunition away and/or put condition on ammunition distribution, Rhodes left the ammunition "we don't want that back" and then left the camp because he didn't feel safe with those goons leaving everyone else at the camp in harms way.
They're all f'ckin nuts and they're all domestic terrorists.
P.S. Today we celebrated the 60 year anniversary of the Courts ruling that ignorant haters like Cliven Bundy and his goon terrorists are full of crap with their 'sovereign citizen' and 'sovereign state' BS ...
.... 60 years ago today the Brown v. Board of Education Supreme Court ruling underscored States are not "sovereign" -- they ruled the Federally protected Equal Rights Clause supersedes the State laws that mandated schools be segregated. And that ruling led to President Eisenhower's 1957 speech where he underscored the fact that the Federal government does have the Constitutional authority to use military force to put down citizens who impede a Federal Court order from being carried out.
Excerpt from Eisenhower's speech:
Good Evening, My Fellow Citizens: For a few minutes this evening I want to speak to you about the serious situation that has arisen in Little Rock ... I feel in the action I was compelled today to take and the firmness with which I intend to pursue this course until the orders of the Federal Court at Little Rock can be executed without unlawful interference.
In that city, under the leadership of demagogic extremists, disorderly mobs have deliberately prevented the carrying out of proper orders from a Federal Court. Local authorities have not eliminated that violent opposition and, under the law, I yesterday issued a Proclamation calling upon the mob to disperse.
This morning the mob again gathered in front of the Central High School of Little Rock, obviously for the purpose of again preventing the carrying out of the Court’s order relating to the admission of Negro children to that school.
Whenever normal agencies prove inadequate to the task and it becomes necessary for the Executive Branch of the Federal Government to use its powers and authority to uphold Federal Courts, the President’s responsibility is inescapable. In accordance with that responsibility, I have today issued an Executive Order directing the use of troops under Federal authority to aid in the execution of Federal law at Little Rock, Arkansas. This became necessary when my Proclamation of yesterday was not observed, and the obstruction of justice still continues.
