Police officers shoot and kill man who was only throwing rocks

Late Tuesday night, police officers in Pasco, Washington, shot and killed a man who was throwing rocks. According to early eyewitnesses and videos, the man was clearly unarmed and had nothing but a rock in his hand when multiple police began firing on him. You can see as much in the short video above.
