This includes two separate Christmas Day mass shootings, in Alabama and Florida, which you probably didn't hear about because mass shootings are now so commonplace as to not rate news coverage unless they are especially heinous.
Doesn't it seem like this is something we might want to be doing something about? Other nations have shootings too, but if we top their annual number in a single slow holiday it does seem like perhaps they're doing something that's working a bit better than our version.
Meanwhile police are gunning down children with toy guns while grown men with rifles parade through Chipotle. This is pathology. It's insane by definition.
