This article is fact heavy from an online news source called American Daily Sun
It is an interesting website/blog. They are extensive in their coverage of all kinds of news and seem determined to grow and be inclusive. Good for them. The writer also seems to like HRC a lot.

As we approach another national election-season ADS urges each American to do their own careful research on each candidate from both sides of the aisle and make their decisions based on documented facts. These facts are brightly reflected in the candidate's voting history and the goals they accomplished and attempted to accomplish, for the citizens of the US during their entire lives.
As Secretary of State
"Throughout the world" Clinton is regarded as the most powerful, most respected and most-trusted US politician to ever find herself representing the United States of America. Most of this is the result of her work with the Clinton Foundation. While Secretary of State Clinton consistently pushed for peaceful international solutions to long-time political and economic tensions. The world had been waiting and there she was.
Hillary's global advocacy for women and children is untouched by any living human being and this is where she finds her high nobility. She is only comparable to Eleanor Roosevelt when it comes-to global human rights and, as highly regarded as Eleanor is - her accomplishments come nowhere close to Mrs. Clinton's.
• The Clinton Foundation, founded by her and her husband, has improved the living conditions for nearly 400 million people in over 180 countries through its Initiative program.

• She developed the State Children’s Health Insurance Program, which provides the much-needed state support for children whose parents cannot afford nor provide them with adequate healthcare coverage.
• Created the Adoption and Safe Families Act and the Foster Care Independence Act.
• Successfully fought to increase research funding for prostate cancer and asthma at the National Institute of Health (NIH).
• She spearheaded investigations into mental illness plaguing veterans of the Gulf War; we now have a term for it – Gulf War Syndrome.

• Was instrumental in working out a bi-partisan compromise to address civil liberty abuses for the renewal of the U.S. Patriot Act.
• Proposed a revival of the New Deal-era Home Owners’ Loan Corporation to help homeowners refinance their mortgages in the wake of the 2008 financial disaster.
• Was a major proponent of sensible diplomacy which brought about a ceasefire between Hamas and Israel, and brokered human rights with Burma.

As US Senator
Below you will find a partial list of the bills and resolutions Hillary Clinton introduced to Congress during her time in the US Senate.
Over and over Hillary has proposed legislation regulating Wall Street and Corporate America - including Monsanto, while her basic platform is "equality and fairness for all Americans"... especially those being suppressed by the current system: women, minorities, the poor, children, the education system, etc..
Her policies & platform include: stopping global warming, a fair health system, safe food, veterans rights, ending corporate abuse, ending lack of opportunity, global peace and fighting for the rights of every single citizen of the United States of America.
There is much much more

When Bill Clinton left office I was annoyed at the republicans for ruining a good Presidency. What a terrible waste of time and money they had put us all through. I was thrilled that HRC won her senate seat. Turn the page.
But I was furious and betrayed at what happened in Florida. I won't rehash all of that. I bring it up because I was one of those people determined that Al Gore HAD to run again so that balance would be returned to the universe.
So when he made it clear he was not going to run in 2008 or ever I had to shop around for a candidate and I settled on Hillary Clinton. Though at first I considered her too conservative, blah blah blah. What happened was I saw how the "liberal" media was treating her. I read comments on sites where I was lurking and read her supporters defense, saw them get smacked around. So I started reading their links and remembering what I knew about her. I read her history. I went to her events.
The more I knew her the more I supported her and that was great because, duh, I am a feminist.
Since then I have realized, partially thanks to Secretary Clinton the very real reasons it is important to the economic health of this nation to elect a woman President. Single women with children are the single poorest group of Americans. People need to see Women in the ultimate places of power. Right now we are ignoring half the brain power and talent of the nation. It is simply bad for business
Like Hillary says this is a family issue if a woman is a single Mom, making less than she could or should is not good for her family. If she is married, her family is still suffering. They have less buying power. The country NEEDS women in power. Seeing HRC in the White House will be a powerful symbol.
The fact that she is in my opinion, the most prepared and qualified candidate of my lifetime just makes this all better.
