The Grammy Awards just announced America’s 39th president of the United States Jimmy Carter has won a Grammy for his book Full Life: Reflections at 90 in the Best Spoken Word category. This is the second Grammy for the Nobel Peace Prize laureate and former Democratic Commander In Chief.
Carter won his first Grammy for Best Spoken Word in 2007 for Our Endangered Values: America's Moral Crisis.
Like this title, Former President Carter, now 91, has indeed led a full life. A promoter of world peace, diplomacy, and democracy, A Full Life: Reflections at 90 is the president’s 28th book.
The world just can’t love this great man enough. In addition to the many awards he is receiving, a Facebook page called Honoring Jimmy Carter was created for the public to visit and leave thoughts and comments about President Carter. You can visit the page here.
Congratulations, Mr. President.
