That Republican Obamacare repeal plan? Never mind

Looks like Trump chaos wins again. Remember how on Monday Republican leadership was going to push Obamacare repeal this week and had their plan all ready to go?

That was definitely a Ryan push, with the speaker promising to ram it through his House with the idea that McConnell was playing along. Maybe not, but Mitch McConnell just called an emergency meeting for his conference on Wednesday "to discuss the 'upcoming mark-up of the House Repeal and Replace bill.'" The bill that is “no longer a viable draft.”

Does anybody in the GOP have any idea what they're doing?
