Special Counsel Robert Mueller is a man of few words.
He typically lets his actions and his Indictments do the talking.
The last batch of Indictments against 12 GRU Officers says a lot.

The Russian GRU (also known as Russia’s Main Intelligence Directorate) is staffed by Russian Military personnel. Any guesses on where they get their “marching orders” from?
The GRU is Russia's largest foreign intelligence agency. [...]
The GRU was given the task of handling all military intelligence, particularly the collection of intelligence of military or political significance from sources outside the Soviet Union. [...]
The GRU is still a very important part of the Russian Federation's intelligence services, especially since it was never split up, unlike the KGB.[6] [...]
In April 2009, President Dmitry Medvedev fired then-GRU head Valentin Korabelnikov, who had helmed the GRU since 1997 [...]
In 2010, the GRU changed its name to the Main Directorate of the Russian General Chief of Staff, but the GRU [Glavnoye razvedyvatel'noye upravleniye] remains commonly used.
Well according to that ‘brief history of the GRU’ from Wikileaks — the Russian President has the authority to fire the GRU chief. And who was the Russian “president” in 2016 when all these nefarious Russian Hacking activities, conducted by GRU Officials, was going on?
That would be Vladimir Putin, the un-indicted co-conspirator. Vladimir was the one giving the orders.

Here’s a just sampling of what was involved in those orders to ‘Hack America’s Democratic Party’ — some of the “nuts and bolts” ... (in Robert Mueller’s own words, a lifelong Republican by the way. ) ...

Hope that’s enough to whet your whistle … so that you might ‘sidle up’ to the bar (the legal bar), and hear what else Robert Mueller is saying — “loud and clear” — in plain English. (HERE or Here.)
Some might say he’s calling a traitor of America, a traitor — in not so many words.
Others might say he’s found the Trump-Putin “Witches” … who still are an active and serious Threat against our open-system of democracy.
An ongoing Threat that the Republican Party in America (aka Putin’s “favorites”) — has yet to acknowledge in any “clear and meaningful” way.
